4.2 Clients must raise a concern within 48 hours of the events conclusion to be eligible for a refund review.

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the payment of a deposit.

2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event.

2.3 Payment can be made via certain payment methods like, bank transfer, credit card, UPI etc.

2.4 Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

3.1 Clients may cancel their booking up to 15 before the event date for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

3.2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for a refund.

3.3 Recore Events reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
